This depends on how much work we do and the level of fit-out you ask for. BUT once you have decided and we have agreed a final price, there are no hidden extras.

Everything you ask for will be listed in the overall specification for your barge.
Should you decide on something extra once we have started building, we will
cost and charge it separately.

Internal fit-out:

With such a wide variety of possibilities available for the internal accommodation, materials used, and the nature of the appliances required, we would need to discuss with you in order to produce a specification and then the final cost. For budget purposes we can advise you that this cost will probably be in the range of £60,000 to £80,000

A note on VAT: At present it is possible to re-claim a large part of the VAT paid or to obtain an exemption certificate for the build and not pay VAT in the first place.

The full specification is too big to put on this web-site but can be supplied
